By downloading or using Rapcoon ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You own the lyrics and songs you write in Rapcoon. We claim no rights over them. AI suggestions you accept become part of your work; you are free to use your songs however you like.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rapcoon for creating lyrics. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app itself.
The AI co-writer provides automated suggestions to help you keep writing. Suggestions are generated by a third-party model and are provided "as is". They may be imperfect, repetitive, or unsuitable — always use your own judgment. You are responsible for the final content of your songs, including ensuring it does not infringe anyone's rights.
The core writing tools and rhyme engine are free. The AI co-writer includes a limited number of free requests per day. Rapcoon Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes the daily AI limit and unlocks additional features.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app or the AI service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost lyrics. Keep your own backups of work that matters to you.
We may update these Terms or the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
